1200 Pocket Ortho
Delight in the news that those Airsprung people have been at work gathering the most eco-conscious ingredients to create this exceptionally comfortable ultra firm-feel mattress. The eco story is reassuring – but the primary purpose of any brand new mattress is that it must be super-comfy!
It’s not quite so simple as ‘Lie down, have a sleep and save the world!’ – but they have indeed been on the case:
This mattress uses a truly fantastic fabric on the sleeping surface. It’s called REPREVE® Our Ocean™. Created from 100% ocean-bound plastic such as bottles specifically at high risk of ending up in the ocean – collected from within 50km of the coast and waterways in regions that don’t have developed waste or recycling systems, so new infrastructure is also being created. Airsprung have partnered with innovators worldwide to bring this Eco range to you to choose from.
Soft sumptuous fillings (80% recycled polyester) are on top of our Reviver™ insulator layer (100% recycled soft fabric offcuts) giving a reassuringly, even feel. All of which means a small helping hand for the environment – a big win in itself.
1200 individually responsive pocket springs means a balanced mattress, reacting to your every move. While you’re asleep, the mattress works – and works very well to also avoid roll-together should you also share your sleeping space.
Any bed company can fill a mattress with wonderful sustainable materials – but that usually comes with a hefty price tag. Airsprung have managed affordability and sustainability in equal measure. It doesn’t have to cost you or the planet more than it needs.
Finally, more good news – it’s a non-turn model which is convenient and common sense, with all the layers arranged for maximum comfort and durability.
So it’s time to give a big hello to a super-comfy mattress – and give a bit of love to the planet too.
