Does my new mattress come with a guarantee?

Yes, all Airsprung mattresses come with a 1 year manufacturer’s guarantee.

What if my product is damaged?

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible on 01225 754411 or email us sales@airsprungbeds.co.uk so we can assist you in resolving any delivery issues you may have experienced.

Can I return a product?

We understand that in some circumstances a product may not be suited to your needs once purchased. As we do not sell direct to the general public, you should contact the customer services at your point of purchase in the rare case that you are unhappy with the product you have purchased.

What is a rolled mattress?

Some of our mattresses are rolled up and vacuum packed for ease of transport. We advise once you receive your mattress to remove the packaging and unroll the mattress onto your bed and leave it to expand for up to 72h. The mattress will then expand to its full depth.

Are Airsprung mattresses fire retardant?

Yes, all of our mattresses are fire retardant and tested in accordance with British standards FR legislation.

Are all Airsprung beds made in the UK?

All of our mattresses, bases and headboards are made in the UK, tested to British standards and offer a peace of mind guarantee. We are also fully certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.

What sizes are Airsprung mattresses available in?

The majority of our mattresses are available in the following sizes: Single: 3′ x 6’3″ (90cm x 190cm) Small double: 4′ x 6’3″ (120cm x 190cm) Double: 4’6″ x 6’3″ (135cm x 190cm) King: 5′ x 6’6″ (150cm x 200cm) Super king: 6′ x 6’6″ (180cm x 200cm).

How do I care for my mattress?

Your mattress should come with a handy care leaflet, but if it has gone missing you can find out more information here.

How often should I turn my mattress?

With a turnable mattress it is important that you turn it over and rotate it from ‘top-to-toe’ once a week for the first three months and then monthly thereafter. You should alternate between turning the mattress over and rotating it from top-to-tail to ensure even settlement. A non-turn mattress will just need rotating from ‘top-to-toe’ once a week for the first three months and then monthly thereafter. If your mattress has handles, use these to position it on the divan base.

What is the best way to get rid of my old mattress? Can it be recycled?

Check with your local council as each one operates differently. Some offer separate mattress collections, bulky waste pick-up services or collections for recycling. Where they exist, councils may have a contract with a mattress recycler. In other areas, you may have to arrange to take unwanted mattresses to your local recycling centre. There are also private collection services operating around England and Wales such as Collect Your Old Bed, We Are Mattress Recycling and The Mattress Recycling People who guarantee to send your old mattress to a recycling centre.
